Service Desk Analyst

Position: Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Detect incidents

• Triage, record, and maintain incidents/requests information to aid current and future resolutions

• Resolve incidents/fulfill requests at first contact

• Own (single point of contact), escalate, and coordinate the activities required to resolve the incident or fulfill the request until closure

• Control further escalations as required

• Conduct System Monitoring to ensure high availability of business critical/important systems

• Process and fulfill new profile request and profile deletions or as per requested and stated in ITAMS.

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering or any Computer Science related courses

• At least 2 years related experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Knowledgeable in the ff:

• Windows Desktop environment

• Basic software installation and troubleshooting

• Basic internetworking computers

• Strong Customer focus

• Ability to define and solve problems

• Very good English communication skills

• Demonstrate desire to learn

• Extreme focus on accuracy, attention to detail and consistency of work

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to accept varied assignments

• Can work with minimum supervision
