Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Disability Administrator to join our New Business, Underwriting, and Claims team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to provide quality financial and administrative services to a select block of challenging cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity

  • Ensure completeness of all submitted documents and obtain missing information and invoices from medical providers as necessary

  • Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures

  • Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors.

  • Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holders

  • At least two (2) years prior administrative or business operation experience

  • Strong administrative background

  • High attention to detail is required.

  • Excellent verbal communications skills

  • Excellent typing skills

  • Amenability to work on a nightshift schedule.

  • Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a demanding and deadline-oriented environment.

  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

  • Experience in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry, and back-office support

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
