Position Overview:

Act as the HR business partner and practitioner for Copeland Australia and New Zealand; work closely with APHQ to support Copeland people strategy and help people managers create an engaging employee experience.

As Human Resources Business Partner, you will:

  • Oversee the HR function for Australia and New Zealand

  • Work as HR Practitioner to execute the overall human resources policies and strategies successfully

  • Coordinate payrolls with external payroll vendors, manage employee records in Workday, advise employees’ payroll related queries, run employees’ reports and liaising with related COE on any employee movement in the employee life cycle.

  • Collaborate with regional leader to identify areas to enhance business performance through strategy, structure, process, people and reward.

  • Develop plans with people managers to attract, develop and retain talents to support the overall business strategy

  • Manage cost effective recruitment selection activities in conjunction with AP Talent Acquisition Team

  • Facilitate the implementation of Copeland programs and company initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.

Required education, experienced and skills:

  • Bachelor degree in business or related disciplines

  • Over 6 years of HR generalist experience in multinational company

  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and related legal regulatory, with regional experience a plus

  • Able to work under pressure and a strong can-do attitude

  • A good team player

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, with good time management skills and sensitive to numbers

  • Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment with difficult customers

  • Cheerful and energetic
