What impact you’ll make

As a member of the Gas Power Latin America Talent Acquisition team you will provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and to assist in expediting the recruiting process.

Job Description

What you'll do :

• Participate in the recruitment process in order to find the best candidate.

• Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, assessing and managing referral processes.

• Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.

• Special projects or assignments as needed.

• Support university recruiting.

What you'll bring (Basic qualifications) :

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

• Graduation date December 2025 or later.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week

• Strong verbal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
