Job Summary:

The Entry Administrative Generalist is a foundational role within the administrative team, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations across the organization. This position involves a variety of tasks including data entry, file management, scheduling, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and directing phone calls.

• Sorting and organizing emails.

• Writing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

• Maintaining a filing system.

• Maintaining contact lists.

• Simple Customer Service.

• Solve Routine/standard problems.

• Proofread and edit documents.

• Manage Calendar.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
