ADAS Algorithm Development Engineer (Radar)
The ADAS Algorithm Development Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, maintainance and optimization of the algorithms used for the Perception segment, working mostly with Radar technologies in order to process its outputs to describe the enviroment and its characteristics according to customer requirements. She/he will actively work with internal and external engineering teams to bring high-quality products into production.
Perform requirements analysis and translate them into optimal implementations
Develop embedded sensor algorithms to meet product requirements.
Analyze issues, find root causes and fix bugs in a creative way to optimize the performance of our algorithms
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to provide insight and inspire future development to improve our product
Follow Continental's Material Life Cycle development process, including code, requirements, and test result reviews.
Effective communication in English (TOEIC 700+)
BS degree in related engineering field: Computer Science, Mechatronics, Physics, Mathematics, etc.
1+ year of relevant professional experience or a M.S/Ph.D. degree in related engineering fields
Strong ability to solve problems in logic, mathematics, and dynamics.
Proficient at implementing algorithms in C programming.
Skilled at analyzing large sets of data using Python/Matlab, as well as statistics knowledge
Basic knowledge of prediction, tracking, and classification algorithms.
Willingness to work on different sensor products, and serve many different roles to fill department needs.
Fluent communication in English (TOEIC 900+).
M.S./Ph.D. degree in related engineering field: Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
Strong knowledge in statistics, machine learning, tracking and classification algorithms.
Expert ability to solve problems in logic, mathematics, and dynamics.
Experience developing automotive software, knowledge of Autosar and software interfaces and architechture
Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools, Agile and simulation environments
Development experience with radar and camera sensors and algorithms.
Self-motivated, with an ability to work within a team or autonomously.
Dev ops knowledge (CI, Jenkins, AWS, etc.)
