Legacy Equipment LLC Automotive Mechanic / Installer in Queensbury, New York

Job Type: Hiring Part-Time or Full-time with a minimum of 30 hrs per wk. Expected hours: 40 per week Salary will be paid weekly with the range of wages is negotiable depending on experience and start at $20 to $25 an hour.
Responsibilities: - Basic Automotive Maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery changes, etc. - Install various aftermarket truck accessories according to manufacturer specifications. - Use power tools and other equipment to complete repairs - Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed - Maintain/Supply personal tools as well as maintain shop tools - Opportunity to trail/learn about industrial protective coatings - Opportunity to train/learn how to install snowplows
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Electrical Experience is preferred. - Experience with equipment install is preferred. - Experience with wiring electrical components such as LED light bars, and warning lights, is a plus.
