Job Summary
The Technical Project Manager will be the regional service owner for OEC Group's digital B2B service and company portal.
What we’re looking for…
Technical project manager with 3-7 years of experience in IT project management, product delivery, or a similar role.
Verbal fluency in Mandarin is required.
What you will do:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
Engage with key business stakeholders to define and drive VOC (voice of customer) routines to continuously collect service feedback.
Communicate customer and business requirements to the global IT teams.
Collaborate with IT and business product owners globally to align service roadmap.
Host regional Business and IT review to confirm business development priorities.
Serve as the first line for business requirement reviews to eliminate any ambiguity, seek clarifications, and follow up to ensure all aspects of the requirements are covered and documented.
Collaborate with product owner(s) and project managers (business and IT backend) to deliver solutions through project management phases from requirement specification, design, to test and release.
Manage IT project schedule and ensure the scope and quality control.
Manage incident resolution and service fulfillment.
Monitor and maintain the service health and availability.
Control change requests and delivery routines as well as facilitate emergency change procedures.
Continuously improve L1 support and end user support knowledge to ensure service efficiency.
Define, document, and communicate support procedures and policies.
Who you are:
You are known to work well under pressure and for being able to understand complex issues and break it down into smaller, manageable steps.
You are comfortable with communicating and negotiating with stakeholders across multiple levels and departments while speaking their language/lingo for easy understanding. You can concisely summarize and articulate on the spot to improve discussion focus during sessions.
You are outspoken and ready to challenge business/IT requirements/constraints logically to understand the root cause and provide the appropriate solution or alternative.
You are curious and want to grow your experience across several domains to drive a product from conception to run.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge or experience with the following:
Software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, etc.)
Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL, etc.)
IT service management and project management
Work schedule:
New York Office: 9 am-6 pm EST (Hybrid)
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Salary Range
$130,000-$150,000 annually based on education and experience level.
