Hiring a Medical Technologist in Queens, NY !

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Medical Technologist to perform a variety of routine and specialized tests including Hematology Testing and Microbiology Testing. The successful candidate will process and analyze 100-250 samples daily using advanced equipment and techniques. Responsibilities also include pH testing of platelets, examination of peripheral blood smears, and detection of aerobic microorganisms in blood products. This role requires adaptability to varying daily tests and volume, with comprehensive training provided.

Hard Skills

• NY State Medical Technologist license or Medical Laboratory Science degree ( IMPORTANT)

• Hematology Testing

• Microbiology Testing

• ASCP certification

• Clinical Laboratory experience
