Location

This position is 100% remote; t his position does not require travel other than for special occasions like conferences or events

Hours of Operation

Must be able to work East Coast hours 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

Overview

Mobile Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal to Mobile Health’s growth from a local occupational health provider to a national provider. The Compliance Operations Coordinator will manage day-to-day compliance operations, support our network of provider facilities, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. This position will involve close collaboration with the Compliance Manager and other cross-functional teams to enhance our service delivery and maintain high standards of patient care and compliance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee the processing and organization of medical records, ensuring timely responses to requests from clients and patients.

· Assist in managing clients’ health screening compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to city, state, and federal regulations.

· Serve as the primary relationship owner with Mobile Health’s network of consortium clients, cultivating strong partnerships.

· Manage the full life cycle of exams across our network of facilities, ensuring providers have the necessary patient protocols.

· Troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.

· Handle inbound and outbound calls related to site-specific concerns, patient check-ins, and protocol requests.

· Communicate with patients to ensure they have received all services and had a positive experience.

· Collaborate with the Network Office team to track and address issues, implementing proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.

· Identify and implement workflow and process improvements in compliance and operations.

· Support data collection and analysis for compliance tracking and reporting.

· Prepare reports for senior leadership on compliance activities, team performance, and key metrics.

· Work closely with operations, account management, client success, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance processes.

· Assist in the roll-out of new client product offerings and company initiatives.

Experience & Education

· High energy level, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Team player with strong organizational and time management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting at various levels within the organization and with external clients.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Extremely proficient with computer/EMR systems and a fast learner.

· Experience in the healthcare industry or a compliance-related role.

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance practices in healthcare.

· BA/BS degree preferred.
