U.S. Marine Corps SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in Quantico, Virginia

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD. Responsibilities You will provide support to the Director in supervising the activities of the Marine Corps Integration Division. You will provide support in development of operational architectures and mission engineering threads, knowledge management, requirements management for programs, and in the conduct of Capabilities Planning, guided by existing policy. You will Interpret guidance and apply it to Capabilities Planning and Capability Portfolio Management (CPM) processes and policy development. You will develop recommended service and organizational positions regarding policy issues and procedures, as well as responses to requests for information received from higher headquarters. You will oversee identification and articulation of capability requirements, capability gaps, and materiel and non-materiel capability solution strategies from stakeholders. You will exercise technical and administrative supervisory authority over the Branch’s four military officers and 18 civilian personnel (three of whom are subordinate supervisors). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and implementing new programs based on new or revised legislation or guidance; planning, organizing, supervising, and carrying through to completion the development of complex future year plans and solutions; managing a team of high level personnel, and supervising and authoring situation reports, decision papers, and briefs.
