ManTech DevSecOps Tooling III in Quantico, Virginia

The DevSecOps Tooling III is a senior-level position with comprehensive technical expertise in a variety of DevSecOps toolkits, such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Terraform, Git/Version Control, and many more. They create, maintain, and improve the DevSecOps platform and pipeline that enables the Software Application Development Team to deliver secure and reliable software faster and more efficiently. Responsibilities are to implement and configure DevSecOps toolkits to support the Software Development Life Cycle; automate and integrate DevSecOps toolkits with each other and with other systems, such as cloud services, databases, and monitoring tools; develop and enforce DevSecOps policies, standards, and best practices to ensure the security, quality, and compliance of the software products and processes; provide guidance and support to the Software Application Development Team on how to use the DevSecOps platform and toolkits effectively and efficiently; troubleshoot and resolve issues/incidents related to the DevSecOps platform and toolkits; and evaluate and adopt new DevSecOps technologies and methodologies to improve the performance and functionality of the DevSecOps platform and pipeline. The DevSecOps Tooling III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience

  • Bachelors Degree in related discipline (candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit)

  • High School Diploma + 13 years of experience will also be considered

  • Active Top Secret clearance

  • DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification

  • 4 years of experience in position-relevant tasks

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) certification. Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert. Bachelor's degree in Software Development

  • 4 years of experience working in an Agile development environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
