Belle Terrace Nursing Home Scheduler/Medical Records in Quakertown, Pennsylvania
Belle Terrace is currently seeking a full-time experienced Scheduler/Medical Records Coordinator.
The Scheduler/Medical Records Coordinator will help with scheduling, orientation, and assisting the current HR director with various projects and perform all general and specially designated clerical duties in support of file operations and quality customer service, with adherence to hospital guidelines and departmental policies and procedures. The optimal candidate should have some experience as a scheduler specifically in the nursing home field. Must be a team player with good multi-tasking skills.
Requirements:
Must have at least two (2) years of experience in health care.
Must have one year of scheduling experience.
High School equivalent education, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge of corporate business management.
Exhibit good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
