Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Puyallup, Washington, United States. This role is crucial in our team as it facilitates smooth customer interactions and ensures customer satisfaction. The role primarily involves answering and directing phone calls, managing customer inquiries, and processing payments. This is a contract employment opportunity with the potential for long-term engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties

• Handle customer inquiries, including those related to bills, payment set up, and other customer service-related issues

• Greet walk-in customers and process payments for utilities

• Adapt to system upgrades and changes in the team

• Conduct research when necessary to resolve customer inquiries

• Open, sort, and process mail invoices/payments

• Correspond with customers via email regarding questions, billing, and other issues

• Maintain a high level of reliability and familiarity with Excel

• Utilize the MS Office Suite and Utility Springbrook software effectively. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls

• Familiarity with Email Correspondence

• Capability to Process Payments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
