Director, Talent Acquisition Western Europe and UK & Nordics

This role offers the opportunity to lead recruiting across two regions – Western Europe and UK & Nordics. Covering the selling organizations and manufacturing operations in 10 countries with more than 6500 employees. Reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Director, you will drive the execution and optimization of the TA function.

Role Overview

  • Attract, hire and retain the best talent through innovation and strategic business partnering to ensure staffing according to plan

  • Drive successful execution of our metrics, including time to fill, time to hire, and diversity goals

  • Accountable for the leadership, development and performance of the Western Europe and UK & Nordics Talent Acquisition teams.

  • Ensure that the delivery of short/medium- and long-term Talent Acquisition needs are aligned and met in accordance with business requirements within budget

  • Ensuring that all Stakeholders / Hiring Managers are supported with innovative and creative ways of attracting, interviewing and appointing diverse talented individuals

  • Support the internal and external candidate experience to ensure an effective recruitment process takes place

  • Ensure continual development of recruitment procedures to ensure Best Practice in all areas

Your experience includes:

  • Strong track record in the delivery of challenging & technical resourcing in France & UK

  • Capability to recruit directly while coaching & leading others

  • Proficiency in leadership, coaching and development

  • Robust capability in collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization including senior leadership

  • Adept at performing in a complex & results focused international environment

  • Understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process in both direct and indirect settings

  • Proficiency in resourcing difficult to source roles ranging from lower level technical positions to leadership roles

  • Structured communication & developed influencing skills in both French and English

  • Strong focus on execution and results as well as an autonomous, self-motivated and self-starting working style

  • IT Literate with knowledge of MS Office Products and recruitment/ talent acquisition software, preferably Workday Recruiting
