Job DescriptionOverviewThe PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) Business Process Control team is looking for a System Analyst - Developer who is process oriented, analytical, and has intellectual curiosity to understand workflows across various functions. The System Analyst - Developer will primarily focus on providing impactful General Ledger, SQL and Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance decision making, increase productivity, and eliminate or streamline labor intense work. The ideal candidate will act as an innovative problem-solver and have experience in developing and sustaining SQL solutions in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities* Support PBNA Finance and Control teams at the Division and Sector level through the development, implementation, and sustainment of SQL, SQL * Servers and SSIS solutions* Support PBNA Finance and Control teams General Ledger and Accounting process* Interact with stakeholders to identify analytic opportunities and improvements utilizing new tools & technologies* Write SQL queries to support data pipeline and ingestion* Build and own the automation and monitoring frameworks that capture metrics and operational KPIs for data pipeline quality and performance* Design SQL, SSIS and O365 solutions to meet stakeholders’ needs* Empower the business by increasing the adoption of data, data science and business intelligence practices* Demonstrate innovative and creative thought leadership on analytic logic, tools, and designs* Lead/manage ad hoc related projects and communicate to managementCompensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,900 - $128,700* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
