Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc.seeks to fillthe position of Associate, Wealth Managementin Purchase, NY.**

Develop strategic reporting solutions for business stakeholders. Review and optimize end-to-end process of data origination and data modeling building. Utilize advanced data visualization tools to produce clear and concise documentation and reporting. Produce, compile, validate, and distribute analytical insights and recommendations from various data sources for multiple levels of end-users from senior management to centralized service teams. Utilize multiple software systems to aggregate, validate, structure and analyze large quantities of data. Assist with project management responsibilities including conceptualizing project timelines, reporting of key milestones, and prioritizing tasks for project stakeholders across Wealth Management Platforms and Digital Direct.

Salary: Expected base pay rates for the rolewill bebetween $108,000and $135,000per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years of experience as an Analyst or related occupation in the data analysis field. Requires two (2) years of experience with: Tableau to create dashboards and track KPIs, business trends and forecasts, and outlier detection in real time; data analytics and BI tools including DataIku, QlikView and IBM Cognos or OpenPages; Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel), including pivot, vlookup, macros, VBA, and Power Query; Software Development Life Cycle using Agile methodology and Project Management tools including JIRA and SharePoint; data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling in Hadoop, Teradata, and Snowflake; writing SQL queries to develop end-to-end analytical solutions using relational databases; performing data Quality Assurance reviews for the identification of gaps and inconsistencies in databases; interpreting and reconciling financial metrics including net revenues and losses.
