Position Summary:

We are looking for a Support Engineer , reporting directly to the User Success Manager to work as a specialist on supporting the telecom tower product OpenTower Designer.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Work very closely with the development team to create feature specifications.

• Work with user success team and support team to help users with the challenges.

• Create test cases based on functional and user requirements

• Execute, manage and validate the test cases.

• Review and escalating issues with relevant stakeholders

• This job requires interaction with the development team as well as outfacing clients.

• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.

• This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.

What You Bring to The Team:

• Worked on analysis and design of all type of communication structures such as monopoles, self-supporting towers, guy towers and mount analysis

• Familiar with telecom tower specific design standards such as TIA-222-F/G/H/I, IS875, AS1170, Eurocode

• Minimum 5 years of experience preferred working on Telecom Towers

• Understanding of equipment on telecom towers such as different tower types, mounts, antennas, RRU etc.

• Familiar or knowledge of OpenTower Designer or other tower design softwares
