We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect specializing in Integration and Data Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of integration technologies, data streaming concepts, data management principles. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions that meet business needs.

In this role, you will partner with the product teams and Enterprise architecture in defining integration strategies across applications, data through real-time, event driven and batch methods. You will be the subject matter expert on technologies that support movement of data across the enterprise, commercial and IoT sources and drive automation of both platform and integration governance. You will lead research into exploring and enabling the right toolset for the Hybrid integration platform and enabling democratized agile integration across the organization. You will also enable the team to rapidly experiment and iterate on strategies, helping drive critical decisions on how we shape the product and services provided by integration services.

•Execute the vision, strategy and define solution roadmap for all Integration platforms

• Work with Enterprise architecture team to enhance the design decision framework and patterns based on the new capabilities and solutions that evolve.

• Work with stakeholders across various product teams and business to gather requirements and prioritize

• Architect integration flows between applications using traditional methods such as ESB and ETL as well as modern methods using API Led patterns and event driven architecture.

• Architect data acquisition pipelines to efficiently and reliably ingest data from internal and external sources, such as databases, files, APIs, IoT devices and streaming platforms

• Evangelize the event driven integration strategy and work with functional and business teams to identify use cases for orchestrating processes using events to bring real-time actions resulting in business outcomes

• Drive enablement, training and upskilling of product teams through centralized center for enablement services

• Partner with other Architects to evaluate capabilities and features to expand the use of an existing application to meet additional business requirements.

• Provide optimal and innovative solutions for platform upgrades, movement to cloud and automation

• Ensure data ingestion pipelines are scalable, fault tolerant and optimized for performance, utilizing techniques such as parallel processing, partitioning and distributed computing

• Implement data security measures, encryption, access controls and compliance frameworks to protect sensitive data during ingestion and transit

• In alignment with departmental objectives, measure the performance of strategies and tactics and refine priorities to maximize the impact

• Evaluate and facilitate the selection and alignment of a technical solution following enterprise guardrails. Execute POCs where applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from accredited university

8+ years of IT industry experience

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of integration patterns and protocols. Demonstrated architecture leadership in Integrations and data management

• Demonstrated experience in setting up Center for Enablement and driving adoption of technologies across the organization.

• Hands-on experience in API management & Application integration tools such as Apigee, Azure APIM. Oracle SOA, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft etc.

• Demonstrated experience in data streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka, Confluent Kafka or Azure Event Bus

• Proficiency in data ingestion and integration tools such as Informatica Cloud, Azure Data Factory etc

• Strong programming skills in languages like Java or Python

• Good understanding of data management concepts including ETL, data mesh, medallion architecture and data lakes

• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL and database technologies

• Hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Azure or Google"
