What you’ll do:

The Associate Analyst-FP&A is responsible for assisting the VG India controller in managing timely and accurately consolidation, preparation and submission of PA, RF roll. Also, the financial plans and rolling forecast work of the VG India. Perform a leading role in the data preparation, consolidation and analysis of the profit plan, rolling forecast and strategic plan for the country. prepare monthly and quarterly results for VG India financial package on an accurate and timely basis (including CONC, WC, Flex, HC and capex etc.) Coordinates requirement and works closely with all teams in India and also APAC finance.

1) Responsible for assisting VG India controller in managing the financial plans and roll forecast. Bring clear understanding of business performance and identifies growth, margin expansion and cost reduction activities.

2) Drives the competency of FP&A structure across the country. Provides financial insight, critical thinking, and leadership to improve the finance/operating results.

3) Perform and manage variance analysis for the key financial metrics driving business performance, Explain and interpret results against monthly, quarterly and annual profit plan and rolling forecast

4) Work with global team in the APAC and US to deliver forecast and planning related requirements and support the controller to ensure- the alignment across the country. 5) Improve financial reporting quality, standardization and effectively for all sites in the country

6) Drive continues improvement in the country's FP&A capabilities across the country

7) Assist in preparation of business reviews and presentations to senior management, leads special project if any

Qualifications:

Bachelors /master's degree in accounting or finance

  1. Minimum 3-4 years of full-time working experience in finance related areas

  2. FP&A experience required.

  3. Knowledge of Oracle preferred.

Skills:

  1. CA/ICWA will be added advantage

  2. Strong understanding of all financial business processes (INV, OTC, PTP, RTR, etc.)

  3. Fluent in both English and Hindi, both spoken and written.

  4. Advanced Certification required (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIA, CMA, CISA)

  5. Excel skills are a necessity. Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred as well, such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Oracle Financials.

  6. Knowledge of other computer applications preferred, such as Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (MS Power BI), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise (OBIEE), "

  7. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to promote ideas and to work effectively with all levels and all functions in India as well as APAC/Global team.

  8. Demonstrated problem solving skills including the ability to identify strategic approaches to ensure proactive solutions.

  9. Flexibility to anticipate and react to changes.

  10. Multi-task handling skills and self-motivated, can work independently with colleagues located in other parts of the world.

  11. Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-pace, multicultural, multilingual and international environment.

  12. Willing to travel, up to 20%.
