Job Description:

Position: Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Pune, MH, India

Overview:

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and driving

revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Working closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams, the Sales Operations Analyst will leverage

analytical tools and methodologies to enhance sales efficiency, forecast accuracy, and overall business

performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Call Quality Analysis:
  • Utilize sales call recording software to analyze and evaluate sales conversations and interactions.

  • Identify trends, common objections, and areas of improvement in sales pitch delivery and

communication skills.

  • Provide feedback and coaching to sales representatives based on insights gathered from call analysis.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop training programs and resources to enhance sales

effectiveness and performance.

  • Track and measure the impact of sales call coaching initiatives on sales outcomes and customer

satisfaction metrics.

  1. Sales Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales

pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue

generation.

  1. Sales Process Optimization:
  • Evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Identify bottlenecks and areas of inefficiency within the sales cycle and propose solutions for

improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
  1. Forecasting and Planning:
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Assist in annual and quarterly sales planning processes by providing data-driven insights and

recommendations.

  • Monitor sales performance against forecasts and adjust projections as needed to ensure targets are

met.

  1. Data Management and Analysis:
  • Maintain data integrity within CRM systems and other sales-related databases.

  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Identify data gaps and opportunities for data enrichment to improve sales effectiveness.

  1. Sales Enablement Support:
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and training

materials.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to sales representatives on CRM usage, sales processes, and

tools.

  • Assist in the implementation and adoption of sales enablement technologies to enhance sales

effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles within a SaaS or technology

company with hands-on experience of Sales Call evaluations.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce,

Tableau).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into

actionable insights.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving process improvement initiatives.
