Responsible for overall coordination of deployment activities, special project initiatives and migrations on various client’s environments. Establish and maintain the release management procedures for successful deployments across product groups with sound change management controls across all environments with support of teams across various geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordination of Production and Pre-production environments deployment/ release activities

• Send daily emails for Production and Non-Production activities with all appropriate details. Send Meeting Invites and escalation matrix to all concerned people for every Production Deployment

• Responsible for planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in release deployment operations to ensure the release deployments happen as per the defined process and schedule.

• Coordinate with all the stakeholders and prepare the escalation matrix for production deployment and communicate to all

• Schedule and coordinate the bridge calls during production deployment and coordinate within various teams as required

• Expedite the issues identified during the production deployment and execute the escalation matrix.

• Ensure Production deployments are completed in time & Use escalation matrix as & when required and ensure to get the timely resolution

• Review and monitor release tickets and overall activities to ensure successful completion of all activities without any error and have proactive monitoring and communications. Coordinate with Support/ Implementation/ middleware / DBA / IT teams and ensures smooth deployments on daily basis.

• Send intermediate and final updates for every deployment activity highlighting the discrepancies/ key observations

• Coordinate with NOC team and ensure all the downtimes are scheduled

• Send Pre and Post activity client notification to Support clients as required

• Coordinate with validations team for post deployment validation

• Coordinate with Cloud ops team for maintenance activities

• Coordinate with validation activities for all environments and log the observations.

• Coordinate with senior technical resources to ensure the deployment issues are resolved in the given maintenance window.

• Coordinate and drive major product migration to higher version for various client environments, ensure all the involved teams are aligned and necessary tickets are create/ assigned and scheduled for implementation

• Perform any other activities which may arise within this ambit and assigned by time to time.

• Responsible for planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in release deployment operations/ special projects to ensure all the activities happen as per the defined process and schedule.

• Coordinate with various stakeholder and ensure successful and error free deployments.

• Align the production activities along with Monthly Maintenance schedule and reduce the of cycle deployments. Track and monitor the release deployment schedule for every release and all ongoing initiatives on all the client environment and ensure proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactively suggest process improvement areas and identify plan of action to implement and create necessary documentation as needed.

• Drive special projects which are identified from time to time for end to end coordination and execution ensuring successful delivery.

• Take overall ownership of the work and work with limited supervision and able to drive and deliver independently.

• Perform Change Management for various Software Product groups.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education:

o Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in an IT-related discipline

• Minimum Work Experience (years):

o 0-1 years

• Key Skills and Competencies:

o Good understanding of version control systems, scripting language, application

architecture/ database / web servers/ application servers etc.

o Basic understanding of various IT Infrastructure activities like Virtual servers, hosting,

middleware, DBA activities etc.

o Should be aware of SDLC and sound knowledge in Software Deployment / Release

Management activities

o Excellent troubleshooting skills, Excellent communication & documentation skills,

planning skills

o Should be willing to work across time zones/ weekends as required for the

deployments
