Experience: 8+ years

Responsibilities:

  • We need the candidate to Execute tasks that are required for a proper SaaS Ops onboarding of X products.

  • Coordinate between segment, SaaS Operations, and Services Engineering teams to execute multiple activities such as (but not limited to):

  • Executing dry runs with a segment for product readiness!

  • Validate product & log defects. Coordinate with the segment to ensure closure of the defects

  • Execute dry runs for product patching and upgrades

  • Coordinate with the segment team to establish best practices with data load in Teamcenter X and any new FOAK activities

  • Assist services engineering team in defining systems and processes, and running initiatives like ServiceNow, A-PE, etc.

  • Work with to services engineering team in product on-boarding, monitoring through a formal release management process

  • Any additional ad-hoc requests for product on-boarding

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in AWS Cloud hosting, as well as basic knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.

  • We need a candidate with Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong coordination and customer management skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve difficulties.

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities, as well as a strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of PC usage and related software packages (e.g. Outlook, browsers, SharePoint, Office Suite).

  • The candidate should have Experience with ITIL framework, industry delivery and support standards and processes, knowledge management systems, contract metrics and SLAs, and ITSM tools.

  • We require Experience with application support and business operations

  • We are looking for a Team player with and learning attitude- willing to learn new things

  • We have to work in shifts because we service consumers 24x7.

  • May need to work on call during the holidays.

  • Get in touch with GTAC for Product Issues and raise IRs & willingness to work in the night shift

  • Mentoring of junior team members
