Title and Summary

Manager, Products Operations

Overview:

The candidate will join a Products team driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution of the future of Mastercard’s global core payments network. The payments network is Mastercard’s core strategic asset, directly driving over $8 billion in revenue and providing the platform for other key products and services.

We are customer facing Product teams who focuses on Customer experience, engagement, product commercialization and governance across the product area.

The role and responsibilities:

• This role focuses on the governance of the major product area and facilitation of customer needs to technology implementation

• Candidate will be performing the role of product/business owner to understand the customer needs and cater the requirements for product teams

• Candidate will be managing the major stakeholders around the globe to align major/complex enhancements

• Candidate will be creating the reports, dashboard to show yearly and quarterly quality metrics

Preferred Skillset:

• Prior experience in Business Analysis, Product Owner, Product Management/Product management Technical is required

• Domain experience in Bank and Card Payments required.

• Strong Stakeholder Management Skills required

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios

• Ability to manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks

• Willingness to dive deep and learn about our technology, system structure, and rules

• Strong analytical, data and problem-solving skills

• Superior communications, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Strong visual presentation skills, including data visualization and the ability to produce clear, compelling slides
