Eaton Corporation Manager- HRBP in Pune, India

What you’ll do:

The HR manager will have a combined responsibility of leading full spectrum of Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits including Profit Planning for the business and act as an HR business partner for the chosen business functions of Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence, which entail responsibilities of seamless execution and effectiveness of HR processes, planning and building organization capability, coaching, developing the team / enhance team’s skillset to meet the requirements of its stakeholders.

Following are the key responsibilities as lead of Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement vertical and also as business partner:

Organization and Talent Management

• Lead the profit planning process comprising of planning and monitoring of employee expenses and budgets to effectively support workforce engagement, development and retention initiatives

• Develop, implement and conduct in-house training programs including mentoring, coaching, counselling programs.

• Plan, organize and facilitate organization wide communication including directing employee councils

• Analyze and formulate employee engagement strategy, action plan and impact measurement

Monitor Internal Equity & Analytics

Evaluate and standardize job descriptions for robust organizational level retention planning

Support with implementation and communication of India wide new C&B programs' roll out and policies' awareness

Build compensation scenarios for recommending and standardizing pay and market adjustment rewards

Lead employee rewards and recognition programs at quarterly frequency along with annual felicitation program.

Business Partnering

• Act as a Business Partner communicating strategies to business stakeholders, support business leadership team and stakeholders, including areas such as employee engagement and culture transformation

• Build effective relationships with all key stake holders, coach, guide and advise managers for employee's issues.

• Handle and manage difficult employee relations, terminations, exits, employee issues, disciplinary actions/process in accordance to labor law and employee grievances.

• Implement global and regional employee policies, processes and benefits effectively.

• Work effectively with regional HR team on escalations, support needed, global initiatives and projects.

• Participate in screening and recruitment of new employees including onboarding, orientation, exit interviews, etc.

• Provide assistance on compensation and benefits administration

• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues

Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in human resources management, or a related discipline from Tier I / II management institute"

  • Minimum 12 years’ senior HR business partnering experience with global organization, Experience in leading Talent Management and HR consulting experience desirable.

  • Solid working experiences with senior management team in a business setting with diverse cultures."

  • Data analytics, program management, preferable with 6Sigma experience/knowledge
