General Summery

We are seeking a skilled Courseware Developer to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting and delivering courseware for our Sales, Presales, or Professional Services teams. If you have a deep understanding of adult learning practices and expertise in courseware development tools, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements

Learning & Development: Intermediate Level

• Thorough professional know-how in the principles and practice of Learning & Development courseware design, delivery, and management based on practical, proven experience.

• Deep understanding of Adult Learning Practices.

Software Platforms: Advanced Level

• In-depth and multifaceted knowledge and experience of Articulate Suite, providing advice and mentorship to other users.

• Thorough professional know-how to create and build courseware.

• Familiarity with text-to-speech software.

• Familiarity with Camtasia.

• Practical understanding of graphics manipulation.

• MS Suite

Proficiencies

Business English: Sophisticated Level

• Understands and contributes to standard business conversations.

• Reads, understands, and responds to complex messages from various sources!

• Presents clearly, explaining approaches and thinking behind decisions and work processes. Summarizes complex information efficiently.

• Displays a high degree of creativity, self-confidence, and persuasiveness!

Presentation: Basic Level

• Develops structured presentations with clear objectives, agenda, storyline, and key message summaries.

• Presents to small groups, both in-person and virtually, using appropriate methods and mediums.
