CompuCom Lead Application Analyst in Pune, India

Key Responsibilities would be:

  • Independently implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Time & Labor modules end to end.

  • Provide technical expertise in Oracle HCM and Time & Labor configuration and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle HCM and Time & Labor with other systems.

  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Participate in the planning, design, and execution of Oracle HCM Cloud Global and OTL Implementations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM and Time & Labor modules.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices for Oracle HCM and Time & Labor implementation and maintenance.

Qualifications & experience the candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).

  • Strong experience in Oracle HCM and OTL modules, with at least 5 years for engineers and 3-5 years for analysts.

  • Proficiency in PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.

  • Prior experience in integration and configuration of Oracle HCM and OTL.

  • Hands-on experience in Core HR, OTL configuration, and maintenance.

  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR and Time & Labor module end to end .

  • Experience with multiple Oracle HCM Cloud Global and OTL implementations is highly desirable.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Technical Competencies:

  • Oracle HCM and Time & Labor modules.

  • PL/SQL development.

  • Data integration and configuration.

  • Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and maintenance.
