NASH is one of the Business Division of Ingersoll Rand with the products ranges of Liquid ring vacuum pumps (LRVP’S), Liquid ring compressors, Standard LRVP packages, Engineered vacuum & compressor systems, Steam jet air ejectors (SJAE’S), Condensers - barometric & surface types, Hybrid Vacuum Systems (i.e., LRVP’s with 1st stage(s) of ejectors or blowers).

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Professional with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in sales of rotary equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts region -wise to promote air blowers (Engineered-to-Order), leveraging extensive network and industry knowledge to drive business growth and achieve assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales objectives across India.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing engineered solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments.

  • Product Knowledge & awareness.

  • Customer & Competitor Insights

  • Build Trusting Relationships

  • Customer value creation

  • Account/Relationship Mgmt.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in sales of rotary equipment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Experience of Blowers, Air Compressors, Compressed Air Audits and allied products will be an added advantage.

  • Handling Govt Tenders & knowing Consultants in the field of Wastewater, Power, Steel, Cement will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.

  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Must be known to the local areas/region.

  • Ready to extensive travel visiting/meeting customers in assigned territory.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Candidate has to have the needed flexibility to travel.
