Citigroup Agile Tools Company Admin in Pune, India

The Agility Health Company Admin is a visible, seasoned professional role accountable for managing all user, team and customizable data fields for the Agility Health Platform. The Company Admin is the main point of contact for both internal customers and the vendor. The Company Admin will have the opportunity to become a certified AgilityHealth® Facilitator to position them to apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge, and contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the Agility Health tool.

The Company Admin will apply analytical expertise to create reports and recommendations for Senior Leaders to enhance the operating environment for the delivery processes. The Company Admin requires strong analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.

Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required as the single point of contact for the tool. The Company Admin works with Business Line and Team Admins to ensure all team info is kept up to date and ensure the cadence of the processes on track within all Business Lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with partners to implement and effectively utilize the Agility Health Platform based on each organization’s needs.

  • Host weekly meetings with the vendor and key partners to facilitate communication and continuous improvement of the tool and operations.

  • Utilize tools like Excel to conduct data quality checks and bulk import processes.

  • Develop processes to streamline and enhance Agility Health Radar related activities.

  • Create and deliver training to Business Line Admins and Agility Health Facilitators across organizations within Citi.

  • Develop and implement plans for increased utilization of tool across two IT organizations

  • Provide transparency through reporting for tool utilization and results of data analysis

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a project leadership role

  • Demonstrated strong communication and influence acumen

  • 3+ years in a data analytic and reporting role

  • Process improvement expertise

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
