Are you a creative and strategic digital storyteller? Join WSU Global Campus as the Assistant Director of Digital Content, where you'll play a key role in shaping our online presence, brand identity, and digital engagement. In this position, you will lead website strategy, manage social media, and drive digital content initiatives that connect with current and prospective students worldwide.
In this role, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, faculty, current students, and alumni to ensure our digital platforms effectively communicate WSU Global Campus' mission and offerings. Your work will directly impact student engagement, recruitment, and brand visibility to enhance the online learning experience for Cougs everywhere.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead web content strategy to ensure usability, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
Oversee social media content and strategy, identifying opportunities for collaboration, engagement, and growth.
Analyze digital performance data to optimize content and enhance marketing initiatives.
Supervise and mentor digital communications staff, guiding content development and deliverables.
Collaborate across the WSU system to align messaging and maintain brand consistency.
This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position. Overtime eligibility will be determined based on final salary placement .
Monthly Salary: $6,000 - $6,875 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
In accordance with https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a field related to the functional managerial area which has included at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Any combination of relevant education and exp
