As an Account Administrator in Government Engineering Solutions, you'll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide. Note: United States Citizenship is required. As an Account Administrator, a typical day might include the following: * Create and maintain project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets and summary spreadsheets. * Review project proposals for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines. * Administer the flow of project documents between internal and external stakeholders * Enter and track orders, manage logistics and monitor past due accounts. * Track and report project measures such as project expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality related measures. Report potential project problems as soon as they can be identified. * Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support as needed. * Ownership of the invoice process to customers. This job might be for you if you have: * High School diploma * 2+ years of project support experience * Strong computer, telephone, proofreading and filing skills * The ability to learn concepts and technical details of products and services * Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills * Knowledge of accounting principles Preferred Qualifications * Related Associate's or Bachelor's degree * International shipping experience * Experience with Deltek Vision or other project management software Location Pullman, WA: SEL's corporate office is located in Eastern Washington where you'll enjoy an unmatched quality of life.
