SFS Office Administrator

Join our team as an Office Administrator and become an essential part of our CyberCorps Scholarship for Service (SFS) program in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. You'll work alongside the faculty researchers to manage various aspects of the program, including coordinating student stipends, tuition, and professional allowances. Your responsibilities will also involve handling travel arrangements, organizing SFS events, and assisting with job placement for students. With flexible part-time hours, this role offers both challenge and fulfillment.

 

What you'll do in this position:

  • Manage stipends, tuition, and travel logistics for SFS students, ensuring smooth processes.
  • Assist in advising SFS students to make sure they comply with SFS requirements and documentation.
  • Help promote the program and organize events.
  • Participate in committee work for program improvement.

     

What qualifies you for this role:

Required

  • A firm commitment to the mission of BYU 
  • 2 years of office experience, an Associate's degree, or the equivalent of the two.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Four years of office experience
