Project Consultant (Direct Hires)

JOB DESCRIPTION

BYU Dining Services is implementing a new dining management ERP system and is looking for motivated and detail-oriented specialists to join our team as project consultants. This system will replace Dining's core software system to manage things like inventory, production, nutrition, menu planning, ordering, etc.

Employee responsibilities will include:

  • Learn new ERP system and help users decide how to implement it.
  • Collaborate with managers to review/analyze business procedures and provide actionable recommendations to enhance and streamline processes.
  • Actively participate in project management activities. Lead group of Dining Superusers and help them manage their project tasks. 

SKILLS

Required

  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of technical terms and processes
  • Familiarity with SQL and database structures

     

Employee Class: 1/2 Time

Work Location: Provo Campus

Desired Start Date: As soon as possible
