A Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides all the necessary communication to insurance companies and customers in regards to the repair process and whether or not there is any additional damage needing to be repaired on the vehicle. A CSR is a self-motivator who is driven, dedicated, has good work ethic, and understands the importance of great customer service.
Responsibilities : Be on time for work every day. Maintain positive relationships with vendors, co-workers, insurance companies, and customers and have phenomenal customer service. Check-in vehicles with customers, go over accident-related damages and damages not related to the insurance claim. Send repair status updates to customers who currently have vehicles in the shop for repairs. Update and communicate with our customers' vehicle rental vendors. Upon repair completion, a CSR will deliver our final product to the customer and go over the repairs performed at the shop.
Qualifications: Self motivator, driven, dedicated, good work ethic, understanding of the importance of great customer service.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
