BYU On-Call Dining Services Specialist

Job Summary

Great opportunity to come work for all BYU Dining areas! Spend your day working around great people, in a friendly and welcoming environment with BYU Dining! BYU Dining's on-call program is perfect for those who have time in their day to spare and are looking to pick up some extra income. 

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable On-Call Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to respond to work requests on an as-needed basis and may work up to 40hrs/week during Spring/Summer. 

Pay is extremely competitive at $12 per hour, and you receive meal discounts at BYU Dining locations. That means discounts at the Cougareat, Creameries, Cannon Commons and much more! You also get discounts at the BYU Store, Museum of Art, the Bean Museum and a UTA Pass!. 

This position will involve working in a variety of capacities and will be sure to keep you entertained and busy for your whole shift. Some tasks may include: cooking and food preparation, customer service, inventory management and working events. Apply today to start earning money in your free time!

Essential Functions

  • Food preparation, customer service, cashiering, wait staff, etc.

  • No experience or education required

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, supervisors and team members

*Approximate Starting Salary: $14/hr = $12 per hour or higher (DOE) + $2 of Dining Credit *

Employee Class: 1/2 Time Work Location: Provo Campus
