Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research and analysis of data,including customer proposals and technical specifications,to evaluate the feasibility of designs.
Design and develop advanced robotic control systems,ensuring seamless integration of mechanical,electrical,pneumatic,and hydraulic components.
Supervise fabrication and installation processes,maintaining strict adherence to engineering designs and customer requirements.
Enhance machine and equipment performance by coordinating maintenance,repairs,and efficient operations.
Develop and test prototypes,perform comprehensive field evaluations,and suggest targeted design enhancements.
Lead design reviews and offer expert technical insights to improve product functionality and ensure long-term reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master s preferred).
5-10 years of mechanical engineering experience; 7-10+ years preferred for senior-level roles.
Proficient in machine and product design using CAD tools like SolidWorks,Pro-E,or Catia.
Expertise in electromechanical systems,flow analysis,thermal analysis,hydraulic,and pneumatic systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Familiarity with patent law,Agile methodologies,and Jira project tracking software.
Understanding of manufacturing processes,business operations,and technical sales.
Multilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
Pay
$110k - $130k DOE
Schedule
Hybrid
| Day Shift | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday -Friday
* 2 days in the office (Tuesdays required).
* Must be able to work onsite more if needed.
