Responsibilities
Design and develop sophisticated electrical systems,components,and products for commercial,industrial,and residential applications.
Create,implement,and refine testing procedures and equipment to ensure products meet performance standards.
Innovate and design new control systems,instruments,and specialized applications tailored to diverse industry needs.
Supervise the manufacturing,construction,and operational testing phases to guarantee adherence to functional specifications and customer expectations.
Lead field installation efforts by coordinating operations,maintenance,and repairs to maximize system efficiency and reliability.
Leverage state-of-the-art design and engineering tools,including CAD software and advanced testing equipment,to address complex engineering challenges.
Proactively research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance software programming,product designs,and system applications.
Provide guidance and leadership within your technical domain,mentoring team members and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor s or master s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
5-10 years of relevant experience (7-10 years preferred).
Hands-on experience with CAN-BUS technology.
Proficiency in functional safety analysis.
Skilled in using EDA tools,oscilloscopes,and voltmeters.
Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience in the DFMEA process.
Familiarity with Ignition software.
Strong leade rship and team collaboration skills.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficiency in system and conceptual design.
Experience with Jira for project tracking.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Pay
$110k - $130k DOE
Schedule
Hybrid
| Day Shift | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday -Friday
* 2 days in the office (Tuesdays required).
* Must be able to work onsite more if needed.
