Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of PMO, Operations and Supply Chain to join the Global Operations team. The Global Operations team will oversee and lead the implementation of manufacturing, distribution logistics, sourcing, and supply chain activities. We will build, create, and enhance end-to-end operation strategies, processes, analytics, technology, and continuous improvement efforts.

As the Sr. Manager of PMO, Operations and Supply Chain , you will lead crucial project management activities within our global operations framework. This strategic role will support the implementation and advancement of Revelyst's GEARUP transformation strategy, focusing on optimizing organizational design, strategic sourcing, system integration, network design, and enhanced Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

This position reports to the Director, Global Operations Strategy & Network and is based out of our Providence, Rhode Island office.

As the Sr. Manager of PMO, Operations and Supply Chain , you will have an opportunity to:

  • Spearhead the management of significant projects across the global operations and supply chain spectrum, ensuring alignment with the top five strategic priorities of optimized organizational design, strategic sourcing, system integration, purposeful network design & footprint, and enhanced S&OP processes.

  • Collaborate closely with the IT team to overlay our ERP/WMS roadmap with the Global Operations and Supply Chain 5-year strategic roadmap. This includes aligning with the IT 5-year roadmap to consolidate disparate ERP systems. You will lead the ERP/WMS consolidation project on behalf of the Global Operations and Supply Chain team, ensuring the successful execution of system integration efforts and supporting business transformation initiatives.

  • Manage system integration projects to establish a unified source of truth, enhance master data governance, and facilitate ERP consolidation and migration, in line with the network consolidation strategy and in collaboration with IT.

  • Drive implementation of a purposeful network strategy to optimize costs, ensure supply availability, and streamline logistics, while enhancing manufacturing footprint consolidation and encouraging customer cross-collaboration.

  • Drive strategic sourcing projects to promote growth, standardize vendor management practices, rationalize the supplier base, and integrate these efforts into a cohesive strategy that scales across the enterprise.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new processes and systems, facilitating stakeholder engagement and ensuring successful project outcomes.

  • closely with IT, Finance, Sales Operations, Procurement, Distribution, and Manufacturing leaders to ensure projects are well-coordinated and strategically aligned with business goals.

You have:

  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a supply chain and operations context within the consumer goods industry.

  • Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects with varying complexities.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams, set strategic direction, and manage conflict.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of navigating complex organizational structures.

  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong understanding of business and technical requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
