Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Social Media Specialist for a year long contract in Providence, RI. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week assignment; candidates must be willing and able to work hybrid in Providence 2 - 3 days per week. The Social Media Specialist will support the development of social content and digital communications across a variety of channels. They will also manage content calendars, support internal and external stakeholder requests, assist with event marketing efforts, and generate metrics/analytics reports. Must have 3+ years of experience within the digital communications space. Prior energy or professional services industry experience is a plus. If interested and available, apply today!

Requirements

• Degree in communications, marketing, or related

• 3+ years of digital marketing and/or social media communications experience

• Familiarity with digital communication strategies across social, email, and web channels

• Knowledge of social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A portfolio of writing samples preferred

• Detail-oriented

• Brand management experience a plus

• Self-starter
