About The Role:

As a CBRE Transaction Management Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for managing real estate transaction activities, including assisting CBRE Transaction Managers and clients throughout the real estate documentation process.

What You'll Do:

  • Ability to draft and create a large variety of analysis and relevant documents including, but not limited to: leases, subleases, LOI and RFP checklists, lease abstracts and lease checklists, template RFPs, and other support documentation

  • Ability to review business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products. This includes review of landlord/owner drafted leases, amendments and other transaction documents and preparation of initial comments for client review and approval.

  • Gather resources to complete elaborate lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing

  • Very strong understanding of lease documents

  • Experience negotiating and redlining leases, amendments, purchase and sale agreements

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, including a very strong understanding of lease documents, experience negotiating and redlining leases, amendments, purchase and sale agreements. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive issues. Ability to write reports using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to clients, executives and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively and diplomatically with clients, executives, and other parties to take desired action.

  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.

  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.

  • Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the senior transaction Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior transaction Manager is $150,000 annually.
