Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst hybrid, primarily remote with travel to Providence 2-3 days every 2-3 weeks. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance our core business processes. Your key function will primarily involve collaboration with various stakeholders, automation developers, and operational leaders to align solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Value Stream Mapping workshops to spot and rectify process inefficiencies.

• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste, decrease variation, and propel process optimization.

• Evaluate data and metrics to pinpoint pain areas, rank improvements, and quantify the influence of process modifications.

• Cooperate with the Intelligent Automation team to assimilate automation (RPA) and AI into process improvements.

• Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to leadership.

• Actively participate in the integration of automation (RPA) and AI into process enhancements.

• Use your skills in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) to streamline operations.

• Leverage data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to facilitate decision-making.

• Apply your knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining) to improve business processes.

Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is critical for this role.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is necessary.

• Knowledge in Business Process Functions is essential.

• Ability to draft and manage Business Requirement Documents is required.

• Certification or practical experience in Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization is a key requirement.

• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework is a must.

• Experience with Data Mining Tools for business insights is necessary.

• The candidate should have skills in Process Modeling to analyze business processes.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) principles and its application in business is desirable.

• The candidate should be able to perform Value Stream Mapping for process optimization. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
