Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to be a part of our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry based in Providence, Rhode Island, 02908, United States. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment where the Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in managing customer interactions, maintaining precise records, and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently managing inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate department.

• Keeping a check on incoming emails and responding timely and professionally.

• Accurately processing enrollment forms and scanning them for record-keeping.

• Ensuring detailed and consistent email correspondence with customers and team members.

• Utilizing the project management ticketing system for opening and tracking tickets.

• Maintaining and updating patient contact information on enrollment forms.

• Handling opt-out forms with utmost accuracy and care.

• Proficiently using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for administrative tasks.

• Scheduling appointments as required and ensuring smooth workflow.

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and timely manner.

• Demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer service.

• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in handling email correspondence efficiently and in a detail oriented manner.

• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls, prioritizing tasks accordingly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and contact organization.

• Competence in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create, edit, and present slide presentations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
