ManpowerGroup Plant Manager in Prineville, Oregon

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team. As a Plant Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in Lean Six Sigma, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant Manager

Location: Prineville, OR

Pay Range: $75 - $85 an hours

Schedule: 5:30 am to 4 pm and will last 3-6 months

What’s the Job?

  1. Enforce all company safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure full compliance.

  2. Deploy Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve safety, quality, and overall plant performance.

  3. Provide leadership through effective communication, coaching, training, and problem resolution.

  4. Oversee production supervision staff and develop production schedules.

  5. Drive improvements in plant operations and processes through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

What’s Needed?

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management.

  2. 8 years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.

  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.

  4. Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

  5. General accounting knowledge and strong time management skills.
