Senior Sensory Technical Manager Plainsboro, NJ Hybrid P15

This position will be responsible for sensory in TTH Quality for Americas (North America and South America). It will be responsible for defining and ensuring execution of Sensory Regional program for Americas in alignment with Global Sensory Strategy and Roadmap. This position will report to NAM TTH Quality Lead.

Your key responsibilities • Define and deploy regional Sensory QC strategy and roadmap in Americas in alignment with Global Sensory strategy.

• Oversee and manage the implementation of Sensory best practices, methods and standards in our Quality Control laboratories in the region

• Responsible for ensuring site compliance, training, development and validation programs of QC and non-QC sensory panelists

• Strong contributor to the continuous improvement of Sensory room standard and Sensory rooms’ design for new or revamping lab projects

• Drive Sensory Performance Excellence

• Continuously upskill the Quality Control community to reinforce its strength as gate keeper to prevent customers’ sensory rejections

You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering or related areas with Flavor and/or sensory specialty preferred;

• Previous work experience (5 to 7 years) in Sensory is essential, preference in flavor industry;• Good knowledge of flavor Raw Materials, Flavors and GC/GC-MS;• Advanced English skills (written, listening, and spoken) is required – intermediate Spanish is desired.• People-oriented profile with trainer/teaching skills;• Communication skills both verbally as well as digitally;
