POSITION SUMMARY (the reasons the position exists; a summary of what the is position is responsible for):

  • The HubSpot Administrator will primarily be responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining all aspects of our HubSpot instance, and all integrated applications. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in marketing automation and a professional with business process experience in applying technology to bring about improvements and resolutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (indicate 5-10 key responsibilities/tasks that effectively describe the position ; List from most important to least important):

  • Ensure our HubSpot instance is best-in-class to support global business requirements, both for corporate B2B and independent B2C/B2B brands.

  • Operate, configure, troubleshoot, and administer HubSpot as well as configuring 3rd party tools platforms.

  • Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiency with automation.

  • Stay on top of marketing automation developments, industry trends, and best practices particularly concerning demand generation and optimized performance, and collaborate with the rest of the Email Marketing Channel team on HubSpot strategy, architecture, and processes.

  • Set up, maintain, and optimize lead scoring models in HubSpot.

  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and participate in cross-functional data hygiene/governance initiatives and maintain data quality for the global marketing database.

  • Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including operational processes, workflows, and training documents.

  • Participate in discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover Marketing Automation requirements.

  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Must be well-versed in HubSpot; Marketo experience a plus

  • Data visualization experience required

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, Data Warehouse, Enterprise application systems, and sales/marketing automation.

  • Must possess excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in reading and creating process flow charts and diagram

  • A working knowledge of data retention practices and privacy laws, including CASL, GDPR and CCPA a plus

  • High level of organizational and project management skills

  • Adept at multitasking under pressure, with the ability to prioritize and handle a variety of projects simultaneously

  • Strong work ethic is a requirement

  • Ability to take initiative in problem solving and decision-making

  • Success with achieving goals and OKRs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required

  • HubSpot certifications preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email automation, CRM
