The Receptionist will be responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.Responsibilities
Enthusiastically greet/ host and provide support to guests, visitors, and employees.
Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality.
Take initiative to address guest needs and answer questions proactively.
Maintain employee department and contact information directories.
General administrative and clerical support.
Manage the visitor, contractor, and employee badging systems.
Support building Security Services with CCTV monitoring, card reader door checks and other security system related troubleshooting.
Answer all in-coming calls and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision.
Cross train with various departments to provide as needed support or PTO coverage. (Mail room, Facilities Coordinator)
As needed resolve problems associated with all building services including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.Requirements Hours 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
High School diploma, state equivalent, or GED equivalent.
Minimum 2 years previous customer service-related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player with a "can-do" attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to identify issues and solutions.
Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods.
