Princeton University Postdoctoral Fellowship in Gender and Sexuality Studies in Princeton, New Jersey
Position: Postdoctoral Fellowship in Gender and Sexuality Studies Description: The Program in Gender and Sexuality Studies (GSS) at Princeton University invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship in Gender and/or Sexuality Studies, to begin August 2025. Appointments are for one year with the possibility of renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding. The Fellow will receive a stipend of $85,000 and a yearly research and/or travel stipend of $2000. Applications are welcome from scholars who study gender and/or sexuality from a humanist or social science perspective. The successful candidate will teach one course during each year of the fellowship and will be expected to pursue a program of independent research and participate in the scholarly life of the GSS community. GSS Fellows are expected to engage with faculty, graduate students, undergraduates, and attend GSS campus events. Fellows are required to give one public talk on their work during their time at Princeton and must be in residence for each of the academic terms of their appointment. The work location for this position is in-person on campus at Princeton University. This position is subject to Princeton University's background check policy.
