SUPERVISOR

Executive Director, Worldwide Commercial Zeposia, Multiple Sclerosis Lead

The Director, Worldwide Commercial Zeposia will play a key leadership role in maximizing the value of Zeposia (Ozanimod) to improve the lives of patients around the world with Multiple Sclerosis. This position will partner with internal matrix team members and country marketing leaders to ensure that the global strategy is aligned, developed through market insights, and is actionable across various geographies. Strong collaboration with global cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, market access, finance, market research, agencies, and corporate affairs is critical for in-role success. The leader must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations and accountability on quality of deliverables to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborate with future launch markets to ensure readiness to drive launch uptake through deep market insights and analytics, and pressure-testing of affiliate market plans with contingency plans as necessary

  • Optimize launch performance tracking across markets for current and future launches

  • Identify trends/opportunities/key issues across affiliates for WW team focus and input into strategic planning

  • Lead the functional planning process for the 2022 brand plan

  • Assess patient services programs across markets to identify potential opportunities or best practices to share with affiliates

  • Monitor/evaluate competitive market dynamics, products, and scientific innovation/data events in collaboration with Market Research, Competitive Intelligence and Global Medical Affairs teams

Skills/Knowledge Required :

  • BA/BS required; life sciences degree or equivalent desirable, MBA/graduate degree preferred. 8-10 years industry experience and minimum of 5-8 years required.

  • Functional experience within Multiple Sclerosis strongly preferred; experience with other immunology / neurology a plus.

  • Proven track record demonstrating breadth and depth across marketing competencies, BMS values and exemplary achievement of performance objectives.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading strategically, driving performance and fostering collaboration.

  • Experience in mobilizing matrix team members, regional partners, embracing teamwork and project management within a cross functional environment.

  • Analytical skills, with regards to market research, competitive data collection analysis, financial analysis and crystallization of key business insights.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently drive performance.

  • Experience in ex-US markets and global launch experience highly desirable.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
