Role Summary Reporting to the Global Compliance Surveillance Head, the Global Audits & Certifications Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of the global audit and certification program, including internal site audits, compliance audits, raw material, packaging component, 3PL and contract manufacturer audits, and all applicable certifications at 28 C&D sites. This position is responsible for centralizing, harmonizing and creating efficiencies across 28 global sites using an external resourcing model consisting of multiple external consultants. This position is responsible for reviewing, approving, trending all external audits, as well as understanding the status of any health authority inspections in our supplier network. This position is responsible for escalating any significant quality and compliance issues identified to the Global QMS & Compliance Head. This role is responsible for managing, developing and coaching a staff of 2 people. Excellent verbal and written skills; able to analyze, define and effectively convey difficult and complex issues in a way that accurately and persuasively communicates issues to internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Management. Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work with all levels of management and to build relationships across disciplines.
