Associate Director, DCM SAP Security Lead – responsible for leading the Digital Capability Management SAP security design and build analysts team. This person drives and governs all BUILD and RUN activities for the application security associated to the SAP systems. This person drives strong collaboration with Cyber Security, internal/external Audit, and business teams to proactively ensure compliant security practices and successful security audits to resolution.
LIST MAJOR SKILLS REQUIRED:
Deep and Broad knowledge of the build and maintenance of SAP Systems as well as an understanding of SAP Security for design and build for the following applications/databases:
S4/HANA, SCM, PPM (RPM), GRC, BW, ATTP, MDM, MDG, GTS, HANA DB, CE, SAP Portals, Solution Manager, Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP IBP, SAP SAC, and SAP Business Technology Platform
Strong working knowledge of Business Processes enabled in SAP to include: Finance, Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution, Order to Cash, PP (Production Planning), and SAP IBP (DP, SP) functionality.
Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA security design and implementation.
Experience with HANA DB security (Sidecar implementation)
10+ years of experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access /process controls, S/4 HANA and Fiori
Strong experience with working with Internal/External Auditors/Inspectors
Extensive experience with SAP Security Authorizations design and management
Strong experience with Fiori security build and Fiori implementations is required
Experience in creating SOPs, WIs, Training documents for validated systems.
Experience in a full life cycle implementation of multiple SAP Systems is required
Strong experience implementing and managing SAP Security in a FDA and GxP regulated environment.
Extensive experience with addressing Internal/External Auditors/Inspectors requests and reviews.
Strong experience managing project personnel and budgets.
Able to develop costs estimates in a timely fashion for complex projects
Strong experience managing projects or components of large projects.
Extensive experience managing a team with employees and partners.
Routinely work with including leading teams composed of levels above and below this position
Able to manage a team of direct and partner resources.
Able to influence Director and Executive Director level with oral and written presentations

LISTED RESPONSIBILITES REQUIRED:
This position will be responsible for:
Developing the SAP Administration processes across the entire SAP application and system landscape to satisfy both BMS and external requirements
Ensure system performance and uptime by ensuring adequate monitoring and response.
Develop and drive automation to proactively react and adjust processes as needed.
Identify and leverage synergies across projects and/or process to reduce redundant work effort
Continuous improvement to reduce cost, improve process, and improve user experience
Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost, improve service, and minimize disruption to the end user.
Manage a globally dispersed team including “pool” resources
Manage / provide direction to, a matrix team including globally dispersed Strategic Partner resources.
Support all necessary audit and inspections by satisfying information requests on a timely basis
Collaborate with the other infrastructure functions to ensure a holistic architecture across the SAP landscape
Manage budget for and all RUN demand for Administration including approvals.
Respond to Audits and Inspections for internal/external requests
Develop the SAP Security model across the entire SAP application landscape to satisfy both BMS business and internal/external audit/regulatory requirements
BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience of 10 years or more required.
